My Favorite: Black-throated Sparrows are a fave "vacation bird". We love the Tucson area and tend to go down there every two or three years. I'm always so amazed at just how full of life the Sonoran desert habitats are, including bird life. My favorite photo typifies the Sonoran Desert to me...a Black-throated Sparrow at Saguaro National Park, hanging out on a Ocotillo plant.
