Sora Photos

Photography by Terry Sohl

My Favorite: What do you choose for your "favorite" photo for a species that is notorious for hiding in the wetland vegetation? I suppose I could have chosen a photo of Sora hiding in wetland vegetation. But how often do you get a Sora, out in the general open, in the warm light of dawn, with a perfect side profile and one raised foot? From April 28th, 2018 in Lincoln County, South Dakota.
