My Favorite: Evidently the fall of 2007 was the year of the Fox Sparrow! I KNOW I see Fox Sparrows most years during migration, but when I see at the photos I've gotten, the vast majority of them were taken in the fall of 2007, at the Big Sioux Recreation Area across the street from our house. That includes my favorite below, a Fox Sparrow scratching through the leaves (they tend to do that!).
