Pygmy Nuthatch Photos

Photography by Terry Sohl

My Favorite: Not a species I've seen much. They are around in the Black Hills of South Dakota, but alas, I live 6 hours away on the exact opposite edge of the state.  For now the only photo I have is from the forests around Greer, Arizona in 2006. I do like the photo though!  Inquisitive little fellow giving me a look from the safety of his pine tree perch.
