(archive photos of the week here)
During our recent vacation in Colorado and Utah, we spent one night in Winter Park, Colorado. The next morning I took a walk at dawn along the Fraser River, and was greeted by the activity of several Broad-tailed Hummingbirds buzzing about. They were very active, with males displaying and chasing each other, but this one paused for a little ear scratch (and a nice photo). Taken in June, 2018.
