Area #3 in the Lake Thompson Area. Most of the area south of Oldham grade is shallow water, and as the lake falls, this is the area that has had the best shorebird habitat, with newly exposed mudflats. The linear feature in this photo is what's left of a road that was flooded back in the late 1980s...slowly revealing itself again as the lake level drops.
