Black Bear
An adult Black Bear in a rather odd setting for the species...in a sagebrush flat. I don't think he was feeding here, I think he was just passing through, but it's unusual nonetheless. Photo taken on August 7th, 2007 with Canon 20D, 400 5.6L.
