Brink of the Lower Falls

It's a pretty good hike down to the Brink of the Lower Falls of the Yellowstone River...but not as bad as the hike back up!!  Especially when you have to carry a tired 40-lb 4-year old boy all the way back up in the rain, as we did!!!

But once you get to the bottom...wow...is it worth it!  You're literally perched right at the top of the falls, and boy is it an awe-inspiring view.  Dang hard to photograph though!  I certainly don't have a wide enough lens to capture the entire scene.  Nonetheless...Click on one of the images below to view higher-resolution images.
