Nature Photography - Done Naturally

Pacific Wren (formerly Winter Wren)

OH MY GOD!! These guys presented about the biggest challenge of any species I've tried to photograph, during a trip to Oregon in the summer of 2011.  You heard them everywhere, but unlike House Wrens or other wrens, they always seemed to be singing from in the middle of the dense forest undergrowth.  It took alot of trying to get just a handful of decent photos.  Photo taken with Canon 50D, 400 5.6L.
