Greater Scaup Photo

This photo of a Greater Scaup was taken on May 1st, 2010 at Lake Thompson in South Dakota.  These guys and Lesser Scaup aren't easy to tell apart, at least for me!  Usually it's a matter of taking the photo and looking at the head shape more closely, as I can't often tell the difference in the field.  Taken with Canon 50D, 400 5.6L lens.
