Lesser Yellowlegs Photos

My Favorite: One of the most common migrants through the state in the spring, Lesser Yellowlegs are a species I've had plenty of opportunity to photograph. However, when I look through my collection, I haven't really stopped to shoot them very often. That's the kind of oversight that happens sometimes with the more common birds. My favorite is a simple profile shot below, from Minnehaha County on May 4th, 2014.
