Ring-necked Pheasant Photo

This photo was taken on May 14th, 2004 near Lake Thompson.  It was great to get such a nice close portrait, but it wasn't so great that the shutter tripped right when he blinked!! Taken with Canon 300D, 70-200 4.0L lens with 1.4x extender.
