This photo of a Mangrove Cuckoo was taken in June of 2015 on St. John's Island in the U.S. Virgin Islands. They were quite numerous, not in the mangrove swamps, but in the dry shrub that covered much of the island. Photo taken with Canon 70D, 400 5.6L.
