Great Gray Owl Photo

This photo was taken on December 13th, 2004, at Sax-Zim Bog northwest of Duluth. This one was along Highway 52 west of Cotton.  It was getting late in the day and I was heading back to my hotel in Duluth, but as a great way to finish the day, I found 3 of these guys in a short stretch of Highway 52!  Taken with Canon 300D, 400 5.6L lens.
