Great Egret Photo

This photo was taken on April 21st, 2002, on the west edge of Long Lake (near Lake Madison).  The shallow water on this edge of the lake is right next to the road.  This guy was foraging right along the road when I pulled up.  I was able to grab this shot just as he was preparing to fly away.  Taken with Canon Rebel, Fuji Provia film, 75-300mm lens.
