This is a species I've seen plenty of times, but have had a very hard time getting a good photo of. Occasionally I've seen them around shelter belts in the relatively open, or even sitting on a fence post near a bunch of trees, but have never been able to get close enough to get a photo. More often though, I find them in forest cover, making getting a photo even harder. Oh well...if it were TOO easy, it wouldn't be fun.
