This photo of a juvenile Cliff Swallow was taken in July of 2008 in Minnehaha County. I wish the young ones wouldn't hang out in the middle of gravel roads so much. I saw quite a few of these guys who had been struck by cars. Photo taken with Canon 40D, 400 5.6L.
