American White Pelican Photo

This portrait of an American White Pelican was taken on April 19th, 2003, at the Madison Waterfowl Production area on the west side of Lake Madison.  Dreary cloudy day for this shot, but they were being very cooperative.  Taken by digiscoping, with Swarovski AT80 HD scope and Nikon Coolpix 4500 digital camera.
