Acorn Woodpecker Photo

This photo of an Acorn Woodpecker was taken on April 19th, 2007 at Point Reyes National Seashore in California.  Very cool to see a little colony of these guys actively working their massive acorn stores on the trunks of about 5 massive old trees.  Taken with Canon 20D, 400 5.6L.
